Anybody who knows me knows that I love animals, especially my own. But I hate the shedding! Our 4 year old lab Levi sheds more than any animal I've ever had in my entire life!! Last weekend when we over at Kyle's parents house for Easter I was venting on how much Levi sheds, Kyle's Aunt had mentioned that they use The Furminator deshedding tool on their dogs and it really seems to work. The next day Kyle and I went to Petco and bought one, it was sixty dollars! I figured if it works then it was worth every penny! When we got home Kyle checked eBay and found one for half the price, we took the one we had just bought back to Petco and ordered the cheaper one. Well, we got it in the mail today... you would not believe the amount of hair we got off Levi (and Cooper!), and this was after two days of brushing and a bath. I know this won't solve my shedding problem but it will definitely help! If you have pets I highly recommend this product, who ever invented this thing is genius!!! Plus Levi loves it, and it makes his coat look better too. If anyone has any other "tricks" on how to minimize shedding please let me know... I'm desperate!

I didn't realize that labs shed so much...until Bear!! I feel like I have to constantly vaccuum...grr!! I have seen this brush but always thought it was just too expensive...maybe I will have to give it a try being that it seems to work. I am over the hair everywhere!!
