San Diego Wild Animal Park

Kyle & I went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park with his sister and her family yesterday.We had such a nice day. The kids were so good and loved seeing all the animals. There was an exhibit called Butterfly Jungle that was absolutely amazing! You walk through this exhibit and there are butterflies everywhere. One landed on Kyle's hat and stayed there until it was time to leave. Jenna even got to pet a butterfly. We also went and fed the lorikeets, which Jenna & Jake loved! It's so much better going to a place like that with kids, watching their faces & reactions were priceless! The weather was pretty good so most of the animals were out, we also got to see a lot of baby animals. There was a 2 week old elephant and a 4 week old cheetah. I think Kyle's favorite part was the gorillas, we could have stood there all day watching them. If you've never been to the Wild Animal Park I highly recommend it, it's very beautiful and fun to visit. The work this park does in conserving these animals is incredible.
